Baked Rice Ingredients:

     3 servings of white rice

Material Content:

     250 grams of chicken meat without skin, cut into small
     3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
     2 tablespoons onion, chopped
     1/3 teaspoon pepper powder
     1 tablespoon tomato sauce
     1 tablespoon sauce english
     5 pieces of canned button mushrooms, thinly sliced
     50 grams carrots, finely diced
     2 tablespoons canned peas
     100 ml broth
     2 tablespoons butter / margarine
     fine salt to taste

Baked Rice Lining Material:

     1/2 tablespoon butter
     1 teaspoon flour
     150 ml milk
     50 grams of grated  chesse
How to make it:

Heat the butter / margarine, saute garlic and onions until fragrant. Insert slices of chicken, stir until cooked chicken meat.
Enter the pepper powder, salt, and sauce, stir. Enter the mushrooms, carrots, and peas, stir well. Pour broth, cook until cooked ingredients.

Heat the butter, put flour, while stirring pour the milk gradually until a thick dough. Add grated cheese and stir until dough is cooked.
Prepare 3-4 small pieces of heat-resistant dish, spread a thin butter. Place the rice into heat resistant dish, level the surface with a pressed-press. Give the contents, averaged, and then give the dough layers. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Serve hot with chilli sauce.
